   BrowseFolderRootDesktop=0 - Desktop is root folder in save all attachments dialog;
   BrowseFolderMailDir=0 - go to mail directory in save all attachments dialog (1 - first time, 2 - always);
   AdditionalHeaders=0 - show additional headers (sum of values: 2 - CC, 4 - BCC);
   FixTextAttachments=0 - delete last (added due to plugin decoder behavior) CRLF for quoted-printable text attachments;
