Description

Initial developer and sources - Christian Ghisler

Creates a list file with all selected files and directories, including subdirs (e.g. as an index for CD-ROMs). It is called like a packer (Files->Pack).
This version supports unicode.
List format is UTF-8 without BOM marker.
