Requirements:
- .NET Framework 4.8 (or later 4.x)
- Total Commander .NET Interface - run TcPluginSetup.msi to install (https://github.com/wangzhfeng/MarkdownViewer/blob/master/Doc/TcPluginSetup.msi)
- Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime (Evergreen) - required for rendering.
