TestFTP 0.5.1

This is Total Commander plugin enlisting a number of
FTP/HTTP server checking their online/offline status in
background. Progress of testing is shown in the tray icon.

Each FTP may be entered the same way like usual directory,
by standard TC means (via Ctrl-N).
HTTP servers are open in default browser.

Servers list is independent from one TC's integrated.
